Now we by no means offer a new type of laugh-workshop in our executive coaching sessions. However, finding and fostering positive emotions is our leitmotif for your professional success in the retail business.

When does executive coaching make sense?

The course of a Kiehne-Neuberg coaching process
We arrange several 2-3 hour intensive private conversation sessions. These usually take place in the office of Kiehne-Neuberg Consulting in Bonn, but can also be held at a different undisturbed and comfortable location if desired. We focus on your individual issues and goals by working on them through deepening questions, practical exercises and constructive feedback.
We also accompany you in your daily manager’s routine, for example at a business meeting or a performance review if you wish. Joint preparation in advance and reflection and feedback afterwards often prove to be very helpful.
With years of management and personnel development expertise Anja Kiehne-Neuberg supports you as both a coach and counselor. She helps you to find your answers and solutions and your way with appreciation for you, with empathy and passion to help you to become more successful.
If you are now interested in a personal coaching session, you might want to make an appointment, free of charge, for a preliminary talk where you can get to you know each other to ensure the »personal fit« which is a necessary prerequisite for successful cooperation. During this appointment you can also discuss the possible time frame of the coaching process as well as the coaching fee which depends on individual concerns, complexity, time and effort.
In the majority of cases a coaching process includes 6-8 sessions of 2-3 hours each. Coaching is an effective personality development method and can be used repeatedly with new or different causes. Often the personal contact between Anja Kiehne-Neuberg and her coaching clients continues after having finished the actual coaching process.
